Bush had become notorious for the apparent inability to recognize his own absurdities or contradictions. And yet, the juggernaut just stopped. One of Bush's top lieutenants had to resign.<BR/><BR/>It's not that we've won -- I don't think most people really have a sense of what winning would actually mean.
